ANDREW'S STORY
At 27, I lost my sense of smell due to stress at work.
I was a key leader in my organization, responsible for my own schedule, and I was stressed out of my mind.
Waking up in cold sweats was the norm, often from project management nightmares.
I couldn't keep my calendar or to-do list straight, and every day felt like a battle, culminating in me losing my send of smell and taste. I realized the red warning lights of burnout were flashing all around me, and something had to change.
This was rock bottom for me, launching me on a 15 year journey to find a way to restore my mental health while still making progress on strategic priorities.
I'm here to help you shortcut the process.
